This machine first forms coil spirals from PVC and PET filaments and then spins the coil into the book.
This machine uses filaments in reels of 25 kg. The filaments are formed into coil spirals at desired sizes and pitches by using a mandrel. Heat is used for coil forming. At this stage, the formed PVC and PET coil spirals fall onto the conveyor band. The PVC and PET coil spirals that are cooled down on this belt and fall onto a chute. Moving through this chute, the PVC and PET coil spirals are spun into the pre-punched sheets from the first hole onwards. Then the coil is cut, and both ends are crimped.
