SA APM-24 automatic punching machine is designed to accommodate the widest possible punching applications on loose leaves; simply, efficiently and at very high output speeds.
* The sheets are fed via lightweight aluminium trays, which rise automatically. The paper can be loaded continuously without stopping the machine.
* 8-10 sheets of paper are fed from the top of the stack at one bite at a time. The bite can be adjusted to take a maximum of 2.0 mm, varying according to the quality of the paper.
* The sheets that are loaded on the machine are taken on and punched as a bunch. Transport bands rotate them over a drum without disarraying the collate and place them on the high pile reception unit.
* Tool changeover can be done in one minute by means of a bolt lever.
* The sheets are turned over by means of a drum to collate them in sequence. The sheets that are stuck together will separate during this operation.
