This machine is designed to cut wire binding in reel form into desired number of loops. It is manufactured by our company.
The cut pieces are counted by a counter. This number is displayed on the 3 digit LED screen. Once the machine cuts a wire spiral, it stops automatically. When this cut spiral is removed from the machine, it will cut the second spiral automatically.
It is an ideal machine for manual binding.
